Refunded Bonds means the portion of the $280,000 of the Series J Bonds now outstanding that are stated to mature on December 1 in each of the years 2021 and 2022 that is to be refunded by the Bonds, as determined by the Fiscal Officer and specified in the Certificate of Award at the time of the sale of the Bonds in accordance with Section 2.
Refunded Notes means that portion of the Series 298 Notes and Series 300 Notes paid from the proceeds of the Bonds and other available funds of the Issuer.
Current Interest Bonds means Bonds of a Series the interest on which is payable at least annually.
Prior Bonds means the assessment bonds that are refunded in part or in whole by refunding assessment bonds.
Series 2017 Bonds means, collectively, the Series 2017A Bonds and the Series 2017B Bonds.
Series 2021 Bonds means, collectively, the Series 2021A Bonds and the Series 2021B Bonds.
Subsequent Bonds means any Bonds issued after the First Issue Date on one or more occasions.
Escrowed Bonds means Municipal Obligations that (i) have been determined to be legally defeased in accordance with S&P’s legal defeasance criteria, (ii) have been determined to be economically defeased in accordance with S&P’s economic defeasance criteria and assigned a rating of AAA by S&P, (iii) are not rated by S&P but have been determined to be legally defeased by S&P or (iv) have been determined to be economically defeased by S&P and assigned a rating no lower than the rating that is S&P equivalent of S&P’s AAA rating. In the event that a defeased obligation which is an S&P Eligible Asset does not meet the criteria of an Escrowed Bond, such Municipal Obligation will be deemed to remain in the Issue Type Category into which it fell prior to such defeasance.
Encumbered Required Subordinated Amount of Class D Notes means, for the Class C( - ) Notes, an amount equal to the product of
Series 2020 Bonds means the West Virginia Hospital Finance Authority Refunding Revenue Bonds (Thomas Health System, Inc.), Series 2020 A to be issued as a combination of tax-exempt and taxable non-rated fixed rate bonds by the Issuer, subject to its authority and discretion, in the aggregate principal amount of $60,100,000, to (i) refund and retire the Series 2008 Bonds at a discount to the current par amount outstanding, (ii) fund a debt service reserve fund for the Series 2020 Bonds, (iii) fund the Operating Reserve Fund, if necessary, as described in Article IV.C.1 of the Plan and (iv) finance costs of issuance of the Series 2020 Bonds.
2015 Notes means the 8.375% senior notes due 2015 in the principal amounts of $615 million and €500 million issued pursuant to the 2015 Notes Indenture.
Class A-3 Maturity Date means [ ] (or, if such day is not a Business Day, the next succeeding Business Day thereafter).
Class A-2 Maturity Date means [ ] (or, if such day is not a Business Day, the next succeeding Business Day thereafter).
REMIC Certificate Maturity Date The "latest possible maturity date" of the Regular Certificates as that term is defined in Section 2.07.
Subordinated Optimal Principal Amount With respect to each Mortgage Pool and each Distribution Date, an amount equal to the sum of the following (but in no event greater than the aggregate Class Certificate Balances of the Subordinated Certificates immediately prior to such Distribution Date):

Non-PO Principal Amount As to any Distribution Date and Loan Group, the sum of (i) the sum of the applicable Non-PO Percentage of (a) the principal portion of each Monthly Payment due on each Mortgage Loan in such Loan Group on the related Due Date, (b) the Stated Principal Balance, as of the date of repurchase, of each Mortgage Loan in such Loan Group that was repurchased by the Depositor pursuant to this Agreement as of such Distribution Date, (c) any Substitution Adjustment Amount in connection with a Defective Mortgage Loan in such Loan Group received with respect to such Distribution Date, (d) any Liquidation Proceeds allocable to recoveries of principal of Mortgage Loans in such Loan Group that are not yet Liquidated Mortgage Loans received during the calendar month preceding the month of such Distribution Date, (e) with respect to each Mortgage Loan in such Loan Group that became a Liquidated Mortgage Loan during the calendar month preceding the month of such Distribution Date, the amount of Liquidation Proceeds (excluding Excess Proceeds) allocable to principal received with respect to such Mortgage Loan during the calendar month preceding the month of such Distribution Date and (f) all Principal Prepayments on the Mortgage Loans in such Loan Group received during the calendar month preceding the month of such Distribution Date; and (ii) the Non-PO Recovery for such Distribution Date.
Class A-4 Maturity Date means [ ] (or, if such day is not a Business Day, the next succeeding Business Day thereafter).
Early Redemption Amount (k) means the "Early Redemption Amount (k)" as calculated or, respectively specified by the Calculation Agent pursuant to § 4 (2) of the Special Conditions.
Class P Principal Amount As of the Closing Date, $100.
2014 Notes means the aggregate principal amount of US$399,517,000 of 10.25% Guaranteed Senior Notes Due 2014 issued pursuant to the 2014 Note Indenture.
Optional Redemption Pricing Date means a Valuation Date on which a Redemption Order is determined to be valid and accepted by or on behalf of the Issuer in accordance with the terms of the LS Operating Procedures Agreement.
Unencumbered Required Subordinated Amount of Class D Notes means, for the Class C( - ) Notes, an amount equal to the product of
Initial Payment Date has the meaning specified in Section 3 of this Supplement.
Optional Redemption Amount (Put) means, in respect of any Note, its principal amount or such other amount as may be specified in, or determined in accordance with, the relevant Final Terms;
Class B Maturity Date means the January 2040 Distribution Date.
