Current Stop Loss Premium definition

Current Stop Loss Premium means an amount in the Financing Level Currency as determined by the Calculation Agent on each Reset Date, in its sole and absolute discretion, and subject to adjustment in accordance with Product Condition 4, having regard to the current market conditions (including, without limitation, market volatility). The Current Stop Loss Premium shall not be less than the "Minimum Premium" nor greater than the "Maximum Premium" (both as specified in the definition of the relevant Series) of the Current Financing Level, subject to adjustment in accordance with Product Condition 4. Current Stop Loss Premium means an amount in the Financing Level Currency as determined by the Calculation Agent on each Reset Date, in its sole and absolute discretion, and subject to adjustment in accordance with Product Condition 4, having regard to the current market conditions (including, without limitation, market volatility).
Current Stop Loss Premium means an amount in the specified Currency, as determined by the Calculation Agent on each Reset Date, in its reasonable discretion pursuant to §§ 315, 317 BGB, and subject to adjustment in accordance with §4b, having regard to the current market conditions (including, without limitation, market volatility).
