Custodial Care means help in transferring, eating, dressing, bathing, toileting and other such related activities. Custodial care does not include Covered Services determined to be Medically Necessary.

Special Servicer Servicing Personnel The divisions and individuals of the Special Servicer who are involved in the performance of the duties of the Special Servicer under this Agreement.
Custodial Institution means any Entity that holds, as a substantial portion of its business, financial assets for the account of others. An entity holds financial assets for the account of others as a substantial portion of its business if the entity’s gross income attributable to the holding of financial assets and related financial services equals or exceeds 20 percent of the entity’s gross income during the shorter of: (i) the three-year period that ends on December 31 (or the final day of a non-calendar year accounting period) prior to the year in which the determination is being made; or (ii) the period during which the entity has been in existence.
Primary caregiver or "caregiver" means a resident of the State
Master Servicer Servicing Personnel The divisions and individuals of the Master Servicer who are involved in the performance of the duties of the Master Servicer under this Agreement.
Child Caregiver means an individual providing basic childcare service needs for Your minor children under the age of 18 while You are on the Trip without the minor children. The arrangement of being the Child Caregiver while You are on the Trip must be made 30 or more days prior to the Scheduled Departure Date.
Custodial File Any mortgage loan document in the Mortgage File that is required to be delivered to the Trustee or Custodian pursuant to Section 2.01(b) of this Agreement.
Emergency medical services provider means a person who has received formal training in prehospital and emergency care, and is licensed to attend any person who is ill or injured or who has a disability. Police officers, firefighters, funeral home employees and other persons serving in a dual capacity one of which meets the definition of “emergency medical services provider” are “emergency medical services providers” within the meaning of this chapter.
Custodial agency means an agency of the government designated to act on behalf of the government owner of the disposal site.
Adult caregiver means an adult person whom a parent has au- thorized to provide temporary care for a child under Family Code Chapter 34. Family Code 34.0015(1)
Relative caregiver means an individual who operates a home that has been approved by the Department to provide care for a related child or young adult placed in the home by the Department.
Custodial Accounts Each custodial account (other than an Escrow Account) established and maintained by a Servicer pursuant to a Purchasing and Servicing Agreement or Servicing Agreement, as applicable.
Custodial P&I Account The Custodial P&I Account, as defined in each of the Servicing Agreements, with respect to the Mortgage Loans. In determining whether the Custodial P&I Account under any Servicing Agreement is "acceptable" to the Master Servicer (as may be required by the definition of "Eligible Account" contained in the Servicing Agreements), the Master Servicer shall require that any such account shall be acceptable to each of the Rating Agencies. Custodian: Initially, the Trustee, and thereafter the Custodian, if any, hereafter appointed by the Trustee pursuant to Section 8.13, or its successor in interest under the Custodial Agreement. The Custodian may (but need not) be the Trustee or any Person directly or indirectly controlling or controlled by or under common control of the Trustee. Neither a Servicer, nor the Seller nor the Master Servicer nor any Person directly or indirectly controlling or controlled by or under common control with any such Person may be appointed Custodian.
Serviced Companion Loan Securities Any commercial mortgage-backed securities that evidence an interest in or are secured by the assets of an Other Securitization Trust, which assets include a Serviced Companion Loan (or a portion thereof or interest therein).
Primary Servicing Office The office of the Master Servicer or the Special Servicer, as the context may require, that is primarily responsible for such party’s servicing obligations hereunder.
Serviced Companion Loan A Companion Loan that is part of a Serviced Loan Combination. With respect to each Servicing Shift Mortgage Loan and the related Servicing Shift Loan Combination, each related Companion Loan will no longer be a Serviced Companion Loan on and after the related Servicing Shift Date.
Custodial Account The separate account or accounts created and maintained pursuant to Section 4.04.
Whole Loan Custodial Account means the “Whole Loan Custodial Account” established for the Mortgage Loan pursuant to the Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement.
Training Institution means the Grantee.
Special Servicer Decision With respect to any Serviced Loan or Serviced Loan Combination, any of the following (to the extent it is not a Major Decision):
Emergency medical care provider means an individual who has been trained to provide emergency and nonemergency medical care at the first responder, EMT-basic, EMT-intermediate, EMT-paramedic, paramedic specialist or other certification levels recognized by the department before 1984 and who has been issued a certificate by the department.
Note A-1 Special Servicer means the special servicer under the Note A-1 PSA.
Emergency medical services or “EMS” means an integrated medical care delivery system to provide emergency and nonemergency medical care at the scene or during out-of-hospital patient transportation in an ambulance.
Special Serviced Mortgage Loan The Mortgage Loans for which the Special Servicer acts as servicer pursuant to Section 3.19.
