Custodian Fees definition

Custodian Fees means for each Payment Date, the fee payable by the Issuer to the Custodian in accordance with the Custodial Agreement.

More Definitions of Custodian Fees

Custodian Fees means the fees, expenses and charges of the Custodian pursuant to a Custodian Agreement, except to the extent included in Servicing Fees.
