Calendar Half definition

Calendar Half means each six-month period of a calendar year, or portion thereof, beginning on January 1 or July 1.
Calendar Half means the successive periods of six consecutive calendar months ending on June 30 or December 31, for so long as this Agreement is in effect; provided, however, that (a) the first Calendar Half shall commence on the date of this Agreement and shall end on June 30, 2024, and (b) the last Calendar Half shall commence on the first day after the full Calendar Half immediately preceding the effective date of the termination or expiration of this Agreement and shall end on the effective date of the termination or expiration of this Agreement.
Calendar Half means any consecutive 6-month period ending June 30 or December 31.

  • The books and records must be maintained for three years following the Calendar Half after submission of the reports required by this Article.

  • All payments to WU shall be made in United States dollars by check or electronic transfer payable to “Washington University.” Any Sales revenues for Licensed Products in currency other than United States dollars shall be converted to United States dollars at the conversion rate for the foreign currency as published in the Eastern edition of The Wall Street Journal as of the last business day in the United States of the applicable Calendar Half.

More Definitions of Calendar Half

Calendar Half means each period of six (6) consecutive calendar months, ending June 30 and December 31.
