• Engineer-Trainees (without certification) shall be paid an allowance as contained in Schedule “C” over and above the maximum rate for a Custodian I.

• If the relief position exceeds three (3) calendar months, he/she shall then receive the regular Custodian I rate for the balance of the relief assignment.

• Current Custodian I employees who obtain and maintain a Grade IV Boiler License or higher will be placed on the Custodian II salary scale with no harm to the employee.
