Custody Service definition

Custody Service. : means the service provided by Monte Titoli addressed to the Issuers and Intermediaries, which permits, through accounts opened in the name of these, the custody of financial instruments.

Custody Service means our safekeeping and administration service we may provide you with as described in Clause 2.5 below and as further detailed in Clause 7 of these Terms;

Examples of Custody Service in a sentence

• We will provide you with the relevant account opening details for the identified third party such as their Terms & Conditions, Nominee and Safe Custody Service, Best Execution Policy, Execution Venues and Conflicts of Interest Policy (or equivalent documents).

• Custody Service allows non-residents to remotely open an account with a bank that offers such services, including opening two accounts, namely a securities account and a cash account.

• Custodian shall provide access to Principal and Manager and other persons authorized by Principal to access advices of securities transactions and other information regarding the Account by means of Custodian's Online Trust & Custody Service.

• This Schedule shall govern your use of and access to the Platform for the purpose of utilising the Trading Service and receiving the Custody Service.

• Client’s securities issued in the Republic of Armenia, intended for provision of services by the Broker or received as a result of such services shall be accounted for on the securities accounts opened and maintained in accordance with the Custody Service Agreement and these Terms.
