Custody Transfer Measurement System definition

Custody Transfer Measurement System means the custody transfer meter/measurement system of Seller located at or near the Delivery Point as set forth in Schedule A;
Custody Transfer Measurement System or “CTMS” means the custody transfer measurement system located at custody transfer station, Port Qasim.
