Customer Ancillary Service Contracts definition

Customer Ancillary Service Contracts means contracts between the Company and a retail customer pursuant to which the Company pays the customer for the right to curtail service so as to lower the costs of operating the Company’s system.

  • Service Contracts means contracts or agreements, such as maintenance, supply, service or utility contracts.

  • Customer Contracts has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(b)(ii)(A).

  • Service Contract means, with respect to a Financed Vehicle, the agreement, if any, financed under the related Receivable that provides for the repair of such Financed Vehicle.

  • Customer Contract means a Contract (or group of related Contracts) pursuant to which any Group Company, after giving effect to the Pre-Closing Business Transfers, licenses or otherwise provides products and services to customers of the Business.

  • Ancillary service means a supplemental service that supports the diagnosis or treatment of the patient’s condition. Examples include diagnostic testing or screening services and rehabilitative services such as physical or occupational therapy.

  • New Service Customers means all customers that submit an Interconnection Request, a Completed Application, or an Upgrade Request that is pending in the New Services Queue.

  • Ancillary Services means those services that are necessary to support the transmission of capacity and energy from resources to loads while maintaining reliable operation of the Transmission Provider’s Transmission System in accordance with Good Utility Practice.

  • Supplier/Contractor means the individual, firm or company with whom the contract has been concluded for supplying the Goods and Services under the Contract. The Supplier/Contractor shall be deemed to include its successors (approved by the purchaser), representatives, heirs, executors, administrators and permitted;

  • service supplier means any person that supplies a service;

  • Service Subcontract means a subcontract primarily for the furnishing of services, to or for a recipient of Assistance, except where services are incidental to the delivery of products, equipment or commodities. A contract for the purchase or lease of goods, products, equipment, supplies or other property is not a “service subcontract” for the purposes of this definition.

  • Customer Agreement means a written agreement entered into between Provider and any Customer pursuant to which a Customer orders BPO Services from Provider.

  • Customer User means an employee of Customer, a Customer Affiliate or Business Partner.

  • Customer Portal means a web portal maintained by Liferay or a Liferay Affiliate that provides for various resources accessible to Liferay Subscription customers as further described in Section 2.1 below.

  • Business Contracts has the meaning ascribed to it in Section 1.01(a)(v).

  • Tax Service Contract As defined in Section 3.09(a).

  • END USER CUSTOMER LOCATION means the physical location of the premises where an End User makes use of the telecommunications services.

  • Project Contracts means collectively this Agreement, the Land Lease Agreement, the Construction Contract, O&M Contracts (if any) and any other material contract (other than the Financing Documents) entered into or may hereafter be entered into by the Concessionaire in connection with the Project;

  • Service Locations means those locations set forth on Exhibit B.

  • Vendor or “Vendors” means any entity submitting a bid in response to the Solicitation, the entity that has been selected as the lowest responsible bidder, or the entity that has been awarded the Contract as context requires.

  • Third Party Contracts means any agreements entered into by the Retailer and/or the Customer with any third parties, such as the Transmission Licensee and the MSSL, to enable the Retailer to retail electricity to Contestable Consumers. For the purposes of this Electricity Agreement, Third Party Contracts shall include, but is not limited to, the Retailer Use of Systems Agreement, the Market Support Services Agreement, and the Power System Operator•Market Participant Agreement (as defined under the Market Rules);

  • Service Schedules has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.

  • Supplier/Contractor means the individual, firm or company with whom the contract has been concluded for supplying the Goods and Services under the Contract. The Supplier/Contractor shall be deemed to include its successors (approved by the purchaser), representatives, heirs, executors, administrators and permitted;

  • Service Schedule means the document entitled “Service Schedule” containing additional terms relating to a particular Service which schedule shall form part of this Agreement;

  • Approved Contractor means an “Approved Contractor” specified in the Key Details.

  • Customer Site means the site owned or leased by the Customer or any other site used to provide the Service, which is directly connected to a PoP managed by Liquid Telecom, as set out in the COF;

  • Third Party Contractor as used in the Student Data Protection Act and “Operator” as used in COPPA. De-Identified Information (DII): De-Identification refers to the process by which the Contractor removes or obscures any Personally Identifiable Information (“PII”) from Education Records in a way that removes or minimizes the risk of disclosure of the identity of the individual and information about them.
