CUSTOMER IDENTIFIERS definition

CUSTOMER IDENTIFIERS means unique identifier assigned to each Customer and provided by the State.
CUSTOMER IDENTIFIERS. (or “CUSTOMER ID”) shall mean the unique identifier for the Customer as provided by the CALNET CMO.
CUSTOMER IDENTIFIERS means the numeric identifier that identifies a Customer.The Customer Identifier is specified in the Customer SOAP request header element.

  • Customer identification means undertaking the process of CDD.

  • Company Identifier or “Company ID” means a three to five (3 to 5) character identifier chosen by the Local Exchange Carrier that distinguishes the entity providing dial tone to the End-User. The Company Identifier is maintained by NENA in a nationally accessible database.

  • Enterprise identifier means a code that is uniquely assigned to an enterprise by an issuing agency.

  • Caller identification service means a service that allows a telephone subscriber to have the telephone number, and, where available, name of the calling party transmitted contemporaneously with the telephone call, and displayed on a device in or connected to the subscriber’s telephone.

  • De-identified means, for the purposes of this rule, the re- moval of all information that can be used to identify the patient from whose medical record the health information was derived.

  • DoD item unique identification means a system of marking items delivered to DoD with unique item identifiers that have machine- readable data elements to distinguish an item from all other like and unlike items. For items that are serialized within the enterprise identifier, the unique item identifier shall include the data elements of the enterprise identifier and a unique serial number. For items that are serialized within the part, lot, or batch number within the enterprise identifier, the unique item identifier shall include the data elements of the enterprise identifier; the original part, lot, or batch number; and the serial number.

  • Personal Identifying Information or “PII” means information that alone, or in conjunction with other information, identifies, links, relates, or is unique to, or describes an individual, as defined at Tex. Bus. & Com. Code § 521.002(a)(1).

  • Baggage Identification Tag means a document issued by the carrier solely for identification of checked baggage, part of which is given to the passenger as a receipt for the passenger’s checked baggage and the remaining part is attached by the carrier onto a particular piece of the passenger’s checked baggage.
