Customer Letter definition

Customer Letter means a letter agreement entered into between an Account Debtor and Borrower, in the form previously approved by Lender (or such other form acceptable to Lender), which includes, among other things, an acknowledgment from the Account Debtor that under no circumstances may it offset any portion of the deposit made pursuant to such letter against its trade payables with Borrower.
Customer Letter means the letter to be sent to every Debt Consolidation Mortgage Customer as defined in paragraph 3.1 below;

  • Client shall notify Supplier promptly of any matters affecting the value, collectability or enforceability of any letter of credit (including without limitation any Customer Letter of Credit) or Account and of any dispute with any Customer and of any condition, offset, deduction, defense, counterclaim, return or rejection by any Customer.

Related to Customer Letter

  • Customer Agreement means a written agreement entered into between Provider and any Customer pursuant to which a Customer orders BPO Services from Provider.

  • Client Agreement means the agreement between the Company and the Client, which together with the Terms of Business are defined as “Operative Agreements” and govern the terms on which the Company deals with the Client.

  • Customer Contract means the terms and conditions that Customer accepts to receive access to and use the applicable Offering.
