Customer Residue Gas definition

Customer Residue Gas has the meaning given such term in Section 3.1(a).
Customer Residue Gas means Gas having a Thermal Content equal to (i) the Thermal Content of Customer Gas measured at the Point of Delivery minus (ii) the Thermal Content of Inert Constituents removed from such Gas, Shrinkage attributable to Customer Plant Products extracted from such Gas, the Thermal Content of Plant Fuel allocated to such Gas and the Thermal Content of Lost and Unaccounted for Gas allocated to such Customer Gas.

Examples of Customer Residue Gas in a sentence

  • If the Claiming Party is Customer and such Force Majeure is an event affecting a Delivery Point (but not all Delivery Points), such commercially reasonable efforts shall require, to the extent of capacity available to Customer at the applicable Downstream Facilities, Customer to Nominate Customer Residue Gas or Customer NGLs for redelivery at those Delivery Points not affected by such Force Majeure.

  • A Nomination (or Tendering without a Nomination) of Gas or Injected NGLs by Customer shall be deemed a warranty of title to such Gas or Injected NGLs (including any Customer Residue Gas or Customer NGLs resulting therefrom) by Customer, or a warranty of the right of Customer to deliver such Gas or Injected NGLs (including any Customer Residue Gas or Customer NGLs resulting therefrom) for processing and fractionation under this Agreement.

  • As between the Parties, Customer shall be solely responsible for, and shall make all necessary arrangements at and downstream of the Delivery Points for, receipt, further transportation, processing, and marketing of Customer Residue Gas and Customer NGLs.

  • Subject to Section 15.4, Provider shall pay or cause to be paid all taxes and assessments, if any, imposed upon Provider for the activity of processing, treating and/or fractionating, as applicable, Customer Gas and Customer Injected NGLs (including any Customer Residue Gas or Customer NGLs resulting therefrom) after receipt at the Receipt Points and prior to redelivery thereof by Provider at the Delivery Points.

  • Provider shall redeliver Customer Residue Gas and Customer NGLs at each applicable Delivery Point at pressures not in excess of the maximum operating pressure for such Delivery Point.

  • Provider shall determine the volume of Customer Residue Gas and Customer NGLs by proportionally allocating to Customer its ratable share of all Residue Gas and NGLs recovered in the TGP System based on the proportion that the Customer Gas and Customer Injected NGLs delivered to the Receipt Points contributes to the total volume of Gas and Injected NGLs delivered to the Receipt Points by all customers, as more fully described below.

  • Customer covenants and agrees that it shall, in relation to each requested receipt or delivery of Customer Gas, Customer Residue Gas or Customer NGLs (i) act in accordance and in a manner consistent with the applicable Nomination, and (ii) observe and comply with (A) the terms and conditions of this Agreement, including these Operating Terms and the Service Interface Rules, (B) Applicable Requirements, and (C) the Plant Rules.

  • Customer is required to obtain, maintain or otherwise secure capacity on or into the Downstream Facilities applicable to each Delivery Point that is sufficient to accommodate the volumes of Customer Residue Gas and/or Customer NGLs that were Nominated by Customer to such Delivery Points.

  • Additionally, Customer shall always be responsible for fees charged by a Downstream Facility due to non-specification Customer Gas or Customer Injected NGLs (including any Customer Residue Gas or Customer NGLs resulting therefrom) and will indemnify the Provider Group from claims by a Downstream Facility arising from non-specification Customer Gas or Customer Injected NGLs (including any Customer Residue Gas or Customer NGLs resulting therefrom).

  • From and after the delivery of Customer Gas or Customer Injected NGLs to Provider at the Receipt Point(s), until Provider’s redelivery of Customer Residue Gas and/or Customer NGLs resulting from such Customer Gas to or for Customer’s account at the applicable Delivery Point(s), as between the Parties, Provider shall have custody and control of such Hydrocarbons.

  • Net metering customer means a customer of the electric distribution company

  • Interconnection Point means the point(s) of connection(s) at which the project is connected to the grid i.e. it shall be at 11 / 22 kV bus bar level of substation of MSEDCL.

  • Customer/s for the purpose of this Offer shall mean a person who is using ICICI bank Netbanking services or holds a valid ICICI Bank VISA/MASTER Debit card/Prepaid card or holds a valid VISA/MASTER Credit Card issued by ICICI Bank and who has received communication from ICICI Bank with respect to the Offer.

  • Extended Summer Resource Price Adder means, for Delivery Years through May 31, 2018, an addition to the marginal value of Unforced Capacity as necessary to reflect the price of Annual Resources and Extended Summer Demand Resources required to meet the applicable Minimum Extended Summer Resource Requirement.

  • Demarcation Point means the point where Qwest owned or controlled facilities cease, and CLEC, End User Customer, premises owner or landlord ownership or control of facilities begin. "Designed, Verified and Assigned Date" or "DVA" means the date on which implementation groups are to report that all documents and materials have been received and are complete.

  • Feedstock means any controlled substance or new substance that undergoes chemical transformation in a process in which it is entirely converted from its original composition and whose emissions are insignificant,

  • IVR means Interactive Voice Response system;

  • Customer-generator means a user of a net metering system.

  • INTER-CONNECTION POINT/ DELIVERY/ METERING POINT means a single point at 220kV or above, where the power from the Project(s) is injected into the identified ISTS Substation (including the dedicated transmission line connecting the Projects with the substation system) as specified in the RfS document. Metering shall be done at this interconnection point where the power is injected into. For interconnection with grid and metering, the WPDs shall abide by the relevant CERC/ SERC Regulations, Grid Code and Central Electricity Authority (Installation and Operation of Meters) Regulations, 2006 as amended and revised from time to time.

  • Transporter means a person engaged in the off-site transportation of hazardous waste by air, rail, highway, or water.

  • Feedstock Gas means natural gas used as a raw material for its chemical properties in creating an end product.

  • Limited Resource Price Decrement means, for the 2017/2018 Delivery Year, a difference between the clearing price for Limited Demand Resources and the clearing price for Extended Summer Demand Resources and Annual Resources, representing the cost to procure additional Extended Summer Demand Resources or Annual Resources out of merit order when the Limited Resource Constraint is binding.

  • Connection Point means an exit point or an entry point or a bidirectional point identified or to be identified as such in an access contract.

  • Interconnection Customer means a Generation Interconnection Customer and/or a Transmission Interconnection Customer.

  • Capacity Storage Resource means any Energy Storage Resource that participates in the Reliability Pricing Model or is otherwise treated as capacity in PJM’s markets such as through a Fixed Resource Requirement Capacity Plan.

  • Network Supply Point or "NSP" means any Point of Connection between:

  • Destination Point means the delivery point(s) on Carrier’s System where Product is delivered to Shipper, as such points are specified in Section III of this tariff.

  • Surplus Interconnection Customer means either an Interconnection Customer whose Generating Facility is already interconnected to the PJM Transmission System or one of its affiliates, or an unaffiliated entity that submits a Surplus Interconnection Request to utilize Surplus Interconnection Service within the Transmission System in the PJM Region. A Surplus Interconnection Customer is not a New Service Customer.

  • Customer Environment means Customer’s data network/equipment and premises environment.

  • Production Environment means a logical group of virtual or physical computers comprised within the Cloud Environment to which the Customer will be provided with access and use the purchased Cloud Application(s) in production and for its generally marketed purpose.

  • Delivery Points means: (i) for natural gas transported by interstate pipelines, the city gate stations of your Utility, and (ii) for electricity, one or more points at which Company, as your agent, has arranged for the delivery of electricity to a third party (such as your Utility) for your account or at your premises.
