Examples of Customer’s Account in a sentence
Bank’s election to execute any payment transaction if or when Customer has insufficient funds in Customer’s Account to cover such transaction in no way obligates Bank to execute any other payment transaction if or when Customer has insufficient funds.
Customer understands and agrees that when you initiate an immediate one-time payment to a Receiver, the processing of the payment will begin immediately and the debiting of Customer’s Account will occur as early as the day of such initiation.
Subject to the requirements of applicable law, Customer is responsible for the amount of any payment transaction Bank completes on Customer’s behalf, as well as applicable fees and charges, whether or not Customer’s Account becomes overdrawn.
Customer acknowledges and agrees that any credit card and related billing and payment information provided to Elastic may be shared by Elastic with companies who work on Elastic's behalf, such as payment processors and/or credit agencies, but solely for the purposes of checking credit, effecting payment to Elastic and servicing Customer’s Account.
In addition, in the case of all Two-Step Transfers, the deposit of the payment funds into the Receiver’s account (even if such funds previously have been debited or withdrawn from Customer’s Account) may be delayed if the Receiver has not provided validation and/or bank account information necessary to complete the payment transaction.
