Customised Site means a site customised to the specifications requested by the Exhibitor.

Examples of Customised Site in a sentence

  • Galileo hereby grants to the Subscriber a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use, and to permit the Authorised Users and the End Users to use, the Customised Site on the same terms and conditions as the rights and licences granted by Galileo to the Subscriber in this Addendum in respect of the non-customised version of XxxxXxxx.xxx.

  • The Subscriber acknowledges that, subject to clause 0, the Customised Site shall become Galileo’s sole property and that the Subscriber creates and transmits the Customised Site at its own risk.

  • The Site, where applicable, means the designated project place(s) named in the bidding document.
