Customised Site definition

Customised Site means a site customised to the specifications requested by the Exhibitor.
Customised Site means the version of XxxxXxxx.xxx as customised by the Subscriber using the white label administration application;

  • Galileo hereby grants to the Subscriber a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use, and to permit the Authorised Users and the End Users to use, the Customised Site on the same terms and conditions as the rights and licences granted by Galileo to the Subscriber in this Addendum in respect of the non-customised version of XxxxXxxx.xxx.

  • The Site, where applicable, means the designated project place(s) named in the bidding document.

  • Customer Equipment means hardware, software, systems, cabling and facilities provided by you and used in conjunction with the Equipment that we supply to you in order to receive the Services;

  • END USER CUSTOMER LOCATION means the physical location of the premises where an End User makes use of the telecommunications services.

  • Customer Environment means Customer’s data network/equipment and premises environment.

  • Sites means the area(s) upon or in which the construction work is carried on, and such other areas adjacent thereto as may be designated by the Commissioner.
