Customs place definition

Customs place means a Customs port or Customs airport designated under section 10;
Customs place means a port or airport;
Customs place means for the purpose of this Act, a port or airport or any other place appointed as such by the Minister;

  • customs value means the value as determined in accordance with the 1994 Agreement on implementation of Article VII of the General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade (WTO Agreement on customs valuation);
