customs laws means such laws and regulations administered and enforced by the customs authority of each Party concerning the importation, exportation, and transit of goods, as they relate to customs duties, charges, and other taxes, or to prohibitions, restrictions, and other similar controls with respect to the movement of controlled items across the boundary of the customs territory of each Party;
customs laws means the laws and regulations administered and enforced by the Customs Administrations governing the importation, exportation, transit, storage and movement of goods, and placing of goods under any other customs procedures, including measures of prohibition, restriction and control of goods falling under the competence of the Customs Administrations;
customs laws means this Act and any other written law relating to the Department or to the import, exportation, carriage coastwise or carriage in transit of any goods;
