CVA Registrant means a Party that: (a) is a BSC Party; (b) is registered in respect of a CVA Metering System that is connected directly to a Distribution System; and (c) does not hold a Distribution Licence, and, for the avoidance of doubt, a Party may be both a CVA Registrant and a Supplier Party.
