CVA Registrant definition
CVA Registrant means a Party that: (a) is a BSC Party; (b) is registered in respect of a CVA Metering System that is connected directly to a Distribution System; and (c) does not hold a Distribution Licence, and, for the avoidance of doubt, a Party may be both a CVA Registrant and a Supplier Party.

Daily Statement means a statement based on the Supercustomer DUoS Report and providing the data items set out in the D0242 data flow / market message as amended from time to time in accordance with the provisions of the Retail Energy Code. Data Aggregator has the meaning given to that term in the Balancing and Settlement Code. Data Collector has the meaning given to that term in the Balancing and Settlement Code.
