Examples of CVR Notice in a sentence

  • The rights agent shall promptly (and in no event later than five (5) business days after receipt thereof by the rights agent) send to each CVR holder at his or her address set forth in the CVR register a copy of the CVR Notice.

  • Notwithstanding any other provision in this Agreement, the right of any Holder of any CVR to receive payment of the amounts that a CVR Notice indicates are payable in respect of such CVR on or after the applicable due date, or to commence proceedings for the enforcement of any such payment on or after such due date, shall not be impaired or affected without the consent of such Holder.

  • Pre-Notice shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 4.13.
