Cybersecurity Plan means the plan provided by the Developer addressing the charging infrastructure virtual security and protection including data transmission, storage, and any integrated connections documenting all potential risks and mitigation actions through the Term in accordance with Section 7(a) (Cybersecurity Plan) of the ADOT Standards and Requirements.

  • DOE may require the Recipient to respond to DOE feedback on the Cybersecurity Plan, submit updates or revisions to the Cybersecurity Plan, and attend Cybersecurity Plan lifecycle support meetings with DOE.

  • Be advised that under Section 40126 of the BIL, the Secretary of Energy has determined that this Program required CEC to submit a Cybersecurity Plan to the DOE prior to the issuance of an award.
