Cycle Payment definition

Cycle Payment means the payment for Cycles to be made pursuant to Section 5.02(b).
Cycle Payment means the payment for Cycles to be made pursuant to Section 1.01(a) of this Exhibit A.
Cycle Payment means a payment which you authorise a Mastercard® Merchant to debit against your account on a regular basis.

  • Payroll Cycle Payment Covered Earnings or the Maximum Disability Benefit.

More Definitions of Cycle Payment

Cycle Payment means the aggregate recurring fees for each Campaign Cycle, as specified in the Purchase Order, such as the Campaign Budget and any Service Fees.

  • Delta Payment means as it is described in this Agreement.

  • Payment month means, for all programs except EA, the calendar month for which benefits are issued.

  • Lease Payment means any form of payment, including a land lease, by a public entity to the private entity for the use of a qualifying project.

  • Payment Amount has the meaning specified in Section 6.1.

  • Damage Payment means the dollar amount that equals the amount of the Development Security.

  • Earn-Out Payment has the meaning set forth in Section 2.3(a).

  • Monthly Payment Amount means, with respect to each Payment Date, a payment equal to the amount of interest which has accrued during the related Interest Accrual Period, computed at the Interest Rate.

  • Late Payment Surcharge shall have the meaning ascribed thereto in Article 10.3.3 of this Agreement;

  • Agreement Payment means a Payment paid or payable pursuant to this Agreement.
