DAC6 was required to be transposed by each EU member state by the end of 2019 with the measures taking effect from 1 July 2020.
Based on the current legislation, no transactions are undertaken by the Fund that could be considered a reportable cross-border arrangement under DAC6.
However, it cannot be excluded that, transactions undertaken by the Fund or Investors may be considered reportable cross-border arrangements under DAC6.
DAC6 imposes mandatory reporting requirements on EU-based intermediaries who design, market, organise, make available for implementation or manage the implementation of potentially aggressive cross-border tax-planning schemes.
