Daily Contract Balance definition

Daily Contract Balance shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.5.
Daily Contract Balance means the amount of the outstanding principal debt which Dealer owes to DFS on the Revolving Credit Facility at the end of each day after DFS has credited the payments which it has received on the Revolving Credit Facility.
Daily Contract Balance is the amount of outstanding principal debt which Borrower owes DFS on the Working Capital Loans at the end of each day (including the amount of all Electronic Transfers authorized) after DFS has credited payments which it has received on the Working Capital Loans.

Examples of Daily Contract Balance in a sentence

  • Dealer agrees to pay interest to DFS on the Daily Contract Balance at a rate equal to the Prime Rate minus one-half of one percent (0.5%) per annum.

  • Such interest will: (i) be computed based on a 360 day year; (ii) be calculated each day by multiplying the Daily Rate (as defined below) by the Daily Contract Balance (as defined below); and (iii) accrue from the date that DFS authorizes any Electronic Transfer (as defined in Section 3.10 herein) or otherwise makes an advance under the Accounts Receivable Facility until DFS receives the full and final payment of the principal debt which Dealer owes to DFS, subject to the terms of Section 3.8 herein.

Daily Contract Balance in Section renumbered 2.6.5. of the Original Loan Agreement is amended to add after the phrase "Revolving Credit Loans" is contained in such definition the phrase "IRS Refund Loan".
Daily Contract Balance is the amount of outstanding principal of the Revolving Credit Loans plus the Swingline Loan as of 12:00 p.m. (St. Louis time) on each day (including the amount of all Electronic Transfers) after Administrative Agent has credited payments which it has received on the Swingline Loan and the Revolving Credit Loans.

  • Asset Balance means, for any Payment Date, the Pool Balance as of the beginning of the current Collection Period.

  • Unpaid Balance of any Receivable means at any time the unpaid principal amount thereof.

  • Aggregate Funded Spread As of any Measurement Date, the sum of: (a) in the case of each Floating Rate Obligation (other than a Defaulted Obligation) that bears interest at a spread over a reference rate based index that is a Benchmark-based Index or is the same as the then-current Benchmark applicable to the Floating Rate Notes (including, for any Permitted Deferrable Obligation, only the excess of the required current cash pay interest required by the Underlying Documents thereon over the applicable index and excluding the unfunded portion of any Delayed Drawdown Collateral Obligation and Revolving Collateral Obligation), (i) the stated interest rate spread paid in Cash on such Collateral Obligation above such index multiplied by (ii) the Principal Balance of such Collateral Obligation; provided that (i) with respect to any Floor Obligation, the stated interest rate spread paid in Cash on such Collateral Obligation over the applicable index shall be deemed to be equal to the sum of (x) the stated interest rate spread paid in Cash over the applicable index and (y) the excess, if any, of the specified “floor” rate relating to such Collateral Obligation over the greater of zero and the applicable index and (ii) the interest rate of each Step-Up Obligation will be deemed to be its current rate of interest and the interest rate of each Step-Down Obligation will be deemed to be the lowest rate of interest that such Collateral Obligation will by its terms pay in the future solely as a function of the passage of time; and (b) in the case of each Floating Rate Obligation (including, for any Permitted Deferrable Obligation, only the required current cash pay interest required by the Underlying Documents thereon and excluding the unfunded portion of any Delayed Drawdown Collateral Obligation and Revolving Collateral Obligation) that bears interest at a spread over an index other than a reference rate based index that is a Benchmark-based Index or is the same as the then-current Benchmark applicable to the Floating Rate Notes, (i) the excess of (x) the sum of such spread and the greater of such index or any applicable floor paid in Cash over (y) the Benchmark applicable to the Floating Rate Notes as of the immediately preceding Interest Determination Date (which spread or excess may be expressed as a negative percentage) multiplied by (ii) the Principal Balance of each such Collateral Obligation.

  • Pool Balance means, as of any date, the aggregate Principal Balance of the Receivables (exclusive of all Administrative Receivables for which the Servicer has paid the Administrative Purchase Payment, Warranty Receivables for which the Seller has paid the Warranty Purchase Payment and Defaulted Receivables) as of the close of business on such date.

  • Maximum Contract Value means the amount specified in the "Limitation of Expenditure" clause set out in the Contract; and

  • Cash Balance means, at any date of determination, the unencumbered and otherwise unrestricted cash and Cash Equivalents of the NCLC Group.

  • Assumed Balance With respect to any Distribution Date, Class of Subordinated Certificates and Loan Group, each such Class' pro rata interest (based on their respective Class Certificate Balances) in such Loan Group equal to the product of the Subordinated Percentage for such Loan Group as of such Distribution Date and the aggregate Stated Principal Balance of each Mortgage Loan in such Loan Group as of the Due Date occurring in the month preceding the month of such Distribution Date (after giving effect to Principal Prepayments received in the Prepayment Period related to such prior Due Date).
