Daily throughput definition

Daily throughput means the average amount of gasoline that a bulk gasoline terminal or plant dispenses in a day from that facility and is defined as the thirty day rolling average throughput of the facility. This is used to determine applicability, not compliance.
Daily throughput means the average amount of waste received by a solid waste facility per day, calculated by dividing the total tonnage or volume received by the actual number of days of operation in the most recent calendar year.

  • MMBtu means one million British Thermal Units.

  • Monthly Volume means the product of the Committed Volume multiplied by the number of days in the relevant month.

  • Contract Quantity means the quantity of Delivered Energy expected to be delivered by Seller during each Contract Year as set forth in the Cover Sheet.

  • Daily SOFR means the rate per annum equal to SOFR determined for any day pursuant to the definition thereof plus the SOFR Adjustment. Any change in Daily SOFR shall be effective from and including the date of such change without further notice. If the rate as so determined would be less than zero, such rate shall be deemed to be zero for purposes of this Agreement.

  • Service Volume means a measure of Services for which a Performance Target is set.
