Damaged Grain definition

Damaged Grain means Grain that has been damaged in an unusual incident or event to such an extent that it can no longer be classified by any Receival (Classification) Standards and is only of salvage value or suitable for disposal.
Damaged Grain or “damaged seed,” means kernels, which are distinctly identified as having been visibly affected by insects, heat, water, disease or any causative agent other than those, caused by the milling process.
Damaged Grain means Grain that has been damaged to such an extent that it can no longer be classified by any Receival (Classification) Standards and is only of salvage value or suitable for disposal. DAWR means the Department of Agriculture and Water Resources.
