Nonconforming lot size or structure size alone, when same was in lawful existence prior to the adoption of this Code, shall not constitute such a nonconforming use as to cause any of the provisions set forth herein to apply.
Non-conforming lot - a single lot of record which, at the effective date of adoption or amendment of this Ordinance, does not meet the area, frontage, or width requirements of the district in which it is located.
