Nonconforming sign definition

Nonconforming sign means a sign or sign structure, other than a nonstandard sign or a sign that is erected and maintained in a business area along a scenic byway prior to the designation as a scenic byway, that satisfies 1 of the following:
Nonconforming sign means an advertising device that was lawfully erected and continues to be lawfully maintained, but that does not comply fully with current size and spacing requirements due to changed conditions, such as a change in zoning, establishment of a new highway, or a similar change that affects compliance.
Nonconforming sign means any sign that was constructed, erected, and maintained in conformance with all King County or City of Covington rules and regulations in effect at the time of establishment and no longer conforms to the rules and regulations of this chapter.
