Dangerous Cargo definition
Dangerous Cargo means dangerous, hazardous or noxious cargo or substances as defined from time to time in the General Harbour Regulations (or subsequent legislation) and/or in the International Maritime Organisations Code of Dangerous Cargo and/or the Maritime Transport Act 1994 and/or any other relevant New Zealand legislation.
Dangerous Cargo means any cargo, which, due to its nature, form or content as a whole or in part, are declared as dangerous or potentially dangerous while carried in on any class or category of inland vessels in inland waters under this Act or any other law for the time being in force;

Dangerous Cargo means dangerous, hazardous, toxic or noxious goods or cargo as defined from time to time in the International Maritime Dangerous Goods Code (IMDG) and/or the Hazardous Substances and New Organisms Act 1996 (HSNO) and/or the Maritime Transport Act 1994 and/or any other relevant New Zealand legislation.
