Dangerous Cargo definition

Dangerous Cargo means dangerous, hazardous or noxious Cargo as defined from time to time in the General Harbour Regulations and/or in the International Maritime Organisations Code of Dangerous Cargo and/or the Maritime Transport Act 1994 and/or any other relevant New Zealand legislation.

Dangerous Cargo means any cargo, which, due to its nature, form or content as a whole or in part, are declared as dangerous or potentially dangerous while carried in on any class or category of inland vessels in inland waters under this Act or any other law for the time being in force;

Dangerous Cargo means dangerous, hazardous, toxic or noxious goods or cargo as defined from time to time in the International Maritime Dangerous Goods Code (IMDG) and/or the Hazardous Substances and New Organisms Act 1996 (HSNO) and/or the Maritime Transport Act 1994 and/or any other relevant New Zealand legislation.

More Definitions of Dangerous Cargo

Dangerous Cargo means any of the following cargoes, whether packaged, carried in bulk packagings or in bulk—

Dangerous Cargo means any noxious, dangerous, hazardous, inflammable or explosive substance designated as dangerous by the rules of the International Maritime Organization and by any applicable legislation and regulations in force from time to time.

Dangerous Cargo means dangerous, hazardous or noxious cargo or substances as defined from time to time in the ‘Maritime Rules Part 24A: Carriage of Cargoes – Dangerous Goods’ (or subsequent legislation) and/or in the International Maritime Organisations Code of Dangerous Cargo and/or any other relevant New Zealand legislation.

Dangerous Cargo means goods identified as such in the International Maritime Dangerous Goods Code of the International Maritime Organisation;

Dangerous Cargo means dangerous cargo under division 11.

Dangerous Cargo means goods defined as such in the International Maritime Dangerous Goods Code from time to time, or in any other similar, equivalent or applicable laws or regulations relating to dangerous cargo; ‘Machinery’ means without limitation, any equipment used by the Port User;

Dangerous Cargo means cargo which is or is liable to become dangerous, inflammable, explosive, damaging or offensive (including cargo liable to damage a Container in which it is carried or other cargo).
