Dangerous Wildlife definition

Dangerous Wildlife means bear, cougar, coyote or wolf, or a species of wildlife that is prescribed as dangerous under the Wildlife Act, R.S.B.C. 1996, c.488.

As used in this Contract: “Release” means spilling, leaking, pumping, pouring, emitting, emptying, discharging, injecting, escaping, leaching, dumping or disposing.
