Swedish Krona means the lawful currency of Sweden.
Swedish Kronor and "SEK" means the lawful currency of Sweden.
Danish Financial Business Act means the Danish Financial Business Act (Consolidated Act No. 174 of 31 January 2017, as amended);
UK Bribery Act means the Xxxxxxx Xxx 0000 of the United Kingdom, as amended, and the rules and regulations thereunder.
Union harmonisation legislation means any Union legislation harmonising the conditions for the marketing of products;
Pension Scheme means a contract, an agreement, a trust deed or rules stipulating which retirement benefits are granted and under which conditions;
Indian Rupees or “Rs.” shall mean the mean the currency of the Government of India.
Superannuation Scheme in this subclause, shall mean a scheme other than one implemented solely for purposes of compliance with Clause 49. - Superannuation of this award, or an Order of the Western Australian Industrial Relations Commission.
SGD means the lawful currency of the Republic of Singapore.
DKK means Danish Krone, the lawful currency of Denmark.
Ringgit Malaysia “RM” The lawful currency of Malaysia.
UK Data Protection Legislation means all applicable data protection and privacy legislation in force from time to time in the UK including the UK GDPR; the Data Protection Act 2018; the Privacy and Electronic Communications Directive 2002/58/EC (as updated by Directive 2009/136/EC) and the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003 (SI 2003/2426) as amended.
Bribery Act means the Bribery Act 2010 and any subordinate legislation made under that Act from time to time together with any guidance or codes of practice issued by the relevant government department concerning this legislation;
Cayman Companies Act means the Companies Act (As Revised) of the Cayman Islands.
Pound Sterling means the lawful currency of the United Kingdom.
UK means the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.
Pension Schemes means the Nord Anglia Joint Pension Scheme, the Wyburn School Limited Pension Life Assurance Scheme (1985) and the Lifetime Pension Scheme, and “Pension Scheme” means any one of them.
Applicable Legislation means any statute of Canada or a province thereof, and the regulations under any such named or other statute, relating to warrant indentures or to the rights, duties and obligations of warrant agents under warrant indentures, to the extent that such provisions are at the time in force and applicable to this Indenture;
Israeli Companies Law means the Israeli Companies Law, 5759-1999, as amended, and the regulations promulgated thereunder.
South Africa means the Republic of South Africa;
Treaty on European Union means the Treaty of Rome of March 25, 1957, as amended by the Single Xxxxxxxx Xxx 0000 and the Maastricht Treaty (which was signed at Maastricht on February 1, 1992 and came into force on November 1, 1993), as amended from time to time.
Companies Act means the Companies Act, 2008 (Act No. 71 of 2008);
Minister of Finance means the Minister of Finance or such other person who may be designated from time to time under the Executive Council Act;
Superannuation Legislation means the Federal legislation as varied from time to time, governing the superannuation rights and obligations of the parties, which includes the Superannuation Guarantee (Administration) Act 1992, the Superannuation Guarantee Charge Act 1992, the Superannuation Industry (Supervision) Act 1993 and the Superannuation (Resolution of Complaints) Act 1993.
EU means the European Union.
Bribery Legislation means the Bribery Act 2010 and any subordinate legislation made under it from time to time together with any guidance or codes of practice issued by the government concerning the legislation;
