Data Certification definition

Data Certification means the process of reviewing State and County mandated outcome data for accuracy and signing the Certification of Accuracy of Data form indicating that the data is accurate.

Data Certification means the Initial Data Certification or any Incremental Data Certification, as applicable.

Examples of Data Certification in a sentence

• When the health plan employs a new CEO, a new DCH Data Certification form must be submitted to DCH within 15 days of the employment date.

• Borrower hereby waives as a defense to any inaccuracy of any portion of any such Incremental Data File, Statement of Cash Flows, the Incremental Data Certification related thereto and calculations, analyses, any notices or certifications, or any representation or warranty contained herein or any other Loan Document with respect thereto, that such information was initially prepared by the JV.

• The Contractor’s CEO must submit a DCH Data Certification form to DCH that requires the Contractor to attest to the accuracy, completeness, and truthfulness of any and all data and documents submitted to the State as required by the Contract.

• Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Agreement, (i) Borrower shall not be obligated to submit any Borrowing Request with respect to any Incremental Data Certification unless the principal amount of the proposed Additional Incremental Term Loan is at least $10,000,000; and (ii) Lender shall not be obligated to make any Additional Incremental Term Loan unless the principal amount thereof is at least $2,500,000.

• Each of the Candidate Financing Contracts included in the relevant Data Certification shall have been approved by the Portfolio Servicer in compliance with the Credit Policy unless otherwise specifically approved in writing by Lender.

• Pursuant to the Property Data Certification, to the best of their knowledge, the information therein provided pertaining to the Epicure Business, Epicure Premises and/or the Property, constitute true, accurate and complete listings of all of the items referenced therein in all material respects.

• In connection with the correction of any Data Certification, Borrower shall use its commercially reasonable efforts to maximize the principal amount of the proposed Additional Incremental Term Loan to which such Data Certification relates.

• Pursuant to the Property Data Certification (as defined in the Purchase Agreement), to the best of its knowledge, the information therein provided pertaining to the Entire Premises, constitute true, accurate and complete listings of all of the items referenced therein.

• Provider shall provide NDCHealth with an annual RI Data Certification, an annual Level I Certification, an annual Level II Certification and an annual Security Certification, in each case in accordance with the Data Security Requirements.
