Data Custodian definition

Data Custodian. This term shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.10.3 of the Management Agreement.
Data Custodian means the Parties (with respect to the personal information which they disclose to the Data Xxxxxxx) and the Steering Committee (with respect to the aggregated data)

Data Custodian means an individual or department/school/college/administrative unit/ research unit (e.g. IT Services) to which data is entrusted on behalf of the Data Controller for the purposes of storage and/or processing.
