Data Enrichment definition

Data Enrichment means the results of all calculations made by Rubyx using your Data and made available to you in the Application
Data Enrichment means the method of preparing data so that it is ready for analysis and exploitation;

  • If we make Enrichment Data available to you, then you may only use that Enrichment Data in connection with your use of the Subscription Service (unless, of course, you have a source other than the Subscription Service for such Enrichment Data.)   • Each step in the data flow has a restricted list of individuals able to perform any type of editing to the database, and access level varies by team (Data Integration, Data Enrichment).

  • The Service Levels below apply to the Data Enrichment portion of Ariba Spend Visibility.

  • Emotional abuse means behavior that could harm a child's emotional development, such as threatening, intimidating, humiliating, demeaning, criticizing, rejecting, using profane language, or using inappropriate physical restraint.

  • Incarceration or "incarcerated" means confinement in a local or regional correctional facility,

  • General purpose radiographic x-ray system means any radiographic x-ray system which, by design, is not limited to radiographic examination of specific anatomical regions.

  • Black woman-owned enterprise means an enterprise with at least 25, 1% representation of black women within the black equity and management portion.

  • Serious illness means an accident, injury, illness, disease, or physical or mental condition that: poses imminent danger of death; requires inpatient care in a hospital, hospice, or residential medical facility; or requires continuing in-home care under the direction of a physician or health care provider.   • Breach of system security means unauthorized acquisition of computerized data that compromises the security, confidentiality, or integrity of sensitive personal information maintained by a person, including data that is encrypted if the person accessing the data has the key required to decrypt the data. Good faith acquisition of sensitive personal information by an employee or agent of the person for the purposes of the person is not a breach of system security unless the person uses or discloses the sensitive personal information in an unauthorized manner.
