Data Fee Schedule definition

Data Fee Schedule means the Exchange’s data fee schedule, which provides details of the fees for internal and external use and distribution of Data, for professional and non-professional users, among others, as in effect and amended from time to time.
Data Fee Schedule means the Tradelogiq data fee schedule in effect, posted on the Website, which sets out details of fees for internal and external use and distribution of Data, for all users, including professional and non-professional users, as amended from time to time.

  • The Exchange proposes to amend the NYSE Arca Options Proprietary Market Data Fee Schedule (‘‘Fee Schedule’’) to adopt fees for the NYSE Options Open- Close Volume Summary market data product, effective March 1, 2022.

  • Service Description means pre-defined descriptions of services found at http://www.sap.com/servicedescriptions current as of the effective date of the Order Form which in conjunction with a Scope Document (if any) defines the Services to be provided and becomes part of the Order Form.

  • Schedule F means internal revenue service schedule F (form 1040) filed by a taxpayer pursuant to the Internal Revenue Code.

  • Custom Local Area Signaling Service Features (CLASS) means certain call-management service features that are currently available from SBC-13STATE’s local networks. These could include: Automatic Call Back; Automatic Recall; Call Trace; Caller Identification and related blocking features; Calling Number Delivery; Customer Originated Trace; Distinctive Ringing/Call Waiting; Selective Call Forward; and Selective Call Rejection.

  • Service Descriptions means user manuals and other documentation relating to the Services that are made available to Customer by Provider in digital or hardcopy form, as updated from time to time.

  • Progress Schedule means a schedule of the Work, in a form satisfactory to Owner, as further set forth in Section 3.02.
