Data Generation definition

Data Generation means the generation of Datasets.
Data Generation. The Core Facility will perform sequencing services as specified in the work order or service request provided by the Client. • Data Transfer: Sequencing data will be delivered to the Client via secure FTP and cloud storage (BaseSpace C 10X Genomics). The Core Facility will ensure that data is transferred securely, and that the Client is notified of the data availability.

Examples of Data Generation in a sentence

  • If any of the issues set forth on Exhibit O have not been resolved, as reasonably determined by Monsanto, by the end of the second audit described above, then notwithstanding any provision hereof to the contrary, Monsanto may withhold all payments for Data Generation otherwise owing under Section 6.3 until such issues are so resolved.

  • In such an event, funds designated for creation of such Data will be deducted from the Annual Research Payments and/or Data Generation payments made by Monsanto to Evogene in respect of the applicable Collaboration Year.

  • In addition to any Research Payments payable to Evogene by Monsanto pursuant to Section 6.2 but subject to Section 5.11.1(b), during Collaboration Years 3 and 4, Monsanto shall annually pay Evogene a total of [* * *] Dollars ($[* * *]), quarterly in arrears, for Data Generation.

  • Such Data Generation may be generated prior to Collaboration Years 3 or 4 provided it was generated following the Effective Date.

  • During Collaboration Years 4 and 5 of the Research Period, subject to Monsanto’s timely payment of the Annual Research Payments pursuant to Section 6.2, Evogene conducted the Data Generation for each such Collaboration Year, and delivered such data to Monsanto, as provided in the Research Plan.

  • During Collaboration Years [* * *] through [* * *], Evogene will perform ATHLETE Data Generation Activities.

  • In the event that Bayer fails to duly provide Evogene with the deliverables set forth in Section 3.1.2.1(b) above (i.e., the Datasets generated through Bayer in the framework of Bayer EvoBreed Data Generation Activities) and/or the deliverables set forth in Section 3.1.2.2(b) above (i.e., [* * *]), within the time periods (including permitted delays) described in Section 3.1.2.1(b) or 3.1.2.2(b), as applicable , the following shall apply: [* * *].

  • The Datasets generated through the Evogene EvoBreed Data Generation Activities may be used in ATHLETE Collaboration Discovery Rounds.

  • In addition to any Research Payments payable to Evogene by Monsanto pursuant to Section 6.2 but subject to Section 5.7.1(c), during Collaboration Years 3 and 4, Monsanto shall annually pay Evogene a total of [* * *]Dollars ($[* * *]), quarterly in arrears, for Data Generation.

  • In addition, during each of the [* * *] Collaboration Years, Evogene will perform the Evogene EvoBreed Data Generation Activities (in each case, such activities may be completed in the Collaboration Year following the Collaboration Year in which they were initiated).

Related to Data Generation

  • Base Load Generation Resource means a Generation Capacity Resource that operates at least 90 percent of the hours that it is available to operate, as determined by the Office of the Interconnection in accordance with the PJM Manuals.

  • Customer-generator means a user of a net metering system.

  • Generation Interconnection Customer means an entity that submits an Interconnection Request to interconnect a new generation facility or to increase the capacity of an existing generation facility interconnected with the Transmission System in the PJM Region. Generation Interconnection Request:

  • Module means specific portion of the Application Software designated as such in the Documentation made available to the Customer under the Notification Form.

  • Generation Interconnection Feasibility Study means a study conducted by the Transmission Provider (in coordination with the affected Transmission Owner(s)) in accordance with Tariff, Part IV, section 36.2.

  • Cluster means the Group of exchanges/ cluster of contiguous exchanges.

  • Access Card means an ATM card, debit card or credit card and includes our Visa Card

  • Filter means material placed in the useful beam to preferentially absorb selected radiations.

  • Interoperability means the ability of a Qwest OSS Function to process seamlessly (i.e., without any manual intervention) business transactions with CLEC's OSS application, and vice versa, by means of secure exchange of transaction data models that use data fields and usage rules that can be received and processed by the other Party to achieve the intended OSS Function and related response.
