Data Trust Member definition

Data Trust Member means an organization that has been approved to participate in the Data Trust and be a party to the Data Trust Agreement. Data Trust Members may include private companies, non-profit organizations, philanthropic and governmental entities, and community and/or advocacy groups as determined and approved by the Trustee.

  • Student Member means the member of ICCB who has been selected by ICCB's Student Advisory Committee. The student member has all the privileges of membership defined in Section 2-3 of the Act.

The Trustee is entitled to rely conclusively on a certification of the Depositor or any affiliate of the Depositor in determining which Certificates are registered in the name of an affiliate of the Depositor.

  • Class B Holder means the Person in whose name a Class B Certificate is registered in the Certificate Register, except that, solely for the purpose of giving any consent, request or waiver pursuant to this Agreement, the interest evidenced by any Class B Certificate registered in the name of the Transferor, Servicer, or any Person actually known to an Authorized Officer of Trustee to be an Affiliate of the Transferor or Servicer, shall not be taken into account in determining whether the requisite percentage necessary to effect any such consent, request or waiver shall have been obtained.

  • Clearing Member means a registered broker-dealer which is a clearing member under the rules of O.C.C. and a member of a national securities exchange qualified to act as a custodian for an investment company, or any broker-dealer reasonably believed by the Custodian to be such a clearing member.

  • Deposit Holder means _________ (state name and location of Deposit Holder) or, if left blank, the Sellers' Bank, which shall hold and release the Deposit in accordance with this Agreement.

  • Shareholder Servicing Agent shall have the meaning designated in Section 5.2(f) hereof.

  • Clearing Participant means a person admitted as a participant under the Clearing Rules.

  • Vote Limited Member means any Member who beneficially owns 5% or more of the outstanding Class A shares (excluding Masterworks Shares) submits a Vote Limit Certificate to the Board which designates such Member as a Vote Limited Member, either separately or jointly with one or more other Members.

  • ☐ - MULTI-MEMBER The “Capital Account” for each Member shall mean the account created and maintained for the Member in accordance with Section 704(b) of the Internal Revenue Code and Treasury Regulation Section 1.704-1(b)(2)(iv).
