Database Program definition

Database Program means a computer program that organizes data in a database, providing functionalities concerning storage, organization and retrieval of the data. Defect is a reproducible deviation of the Software from the specifications as set out in the Documentation of the Software.
Database Program means the database Software program jointly designed, developed and owned by the Member and Xxxxxx and used by the Seller in connection with the operation of the Subject Business.
