Examples of Date of Commencement of Risk in a sentence
No Policy of life insurance shall be called in question on any ground whatsoever after expiry of three (3) years from (a) the Policy Commencement Date or (b) the Date of Commencement of Risk or (c) the date of latest revival of the Policy or (d) the Date of Commencement of Rider; whichever is later.
On the ground of fraud, a Policy of life insurance may be called in question within three (3) years from (a) the Policy Commencement Date or (b) the Date of Commencement of Risk or (c) the date of latest revival of the Policy or (d) the Date of Commencement of Rider; whichever is later.
If at the correct age, the Life Assured was insurable, then We may revise the Annualised Premium and/or applicable benefits payable under the Plan from the Date of Commencement of Risk by adjusting or deducting the differential premium that would have been payable.
The Mortality Charge will be deducted at the rate as applicable to the attained Age and gender of the Life Assured, on the Date of Commencement of Risk and on each subsequent Monthly Due Dates.
Waiting period of 90 days shall be applicable from the Date of Commencement of Risk or date of Revival whichever is later, during which no Critical Illness benefit shall be payable.
