  • If the Age and/or gender declared in the Proposal Form is found to be incorrect at any time during the Rider Term or at the time of claim, We may revise the Premium with interest and/or applicable benefits payable under the Rider in accordance with the premium and benefits that would have been payable, if the correct Age and/ or gender would have made You eligible to be covered under the Rider on the Date of Commencement of Risk under Rider.

  • The respective group should have the above minimum number of Members as on the Date of Commencement of Risk under Rider.

  • The following exclusions are applicable to the benefits payable under this Rider:3.1 No Critical Illness benefit shall be payable if the Critical Illness is Diagnosed within 90 (Ninety) days from the Date of Commencement of Risk under Rider or the date of revival of the Rider whichever is later (“Waiting Period”).

  • The respective groups should have the above minimum number of members as on the Date of Commencement of Risk under Rider.

  • The following exclusions are applicable to the benefits provided under this Rider:3.1. No benefit under this Rider shall be payable if the Critical Illness is Diagnosed within 90 (Ninety) days from the Date of Commencement of Risk under Rider or the date of revival of the Rider ("WaitingPeriod").

  • The Rider will remain effective from the Date of Commencement of Risk under Rider and shall remain valid till the Expiry Date provided the minimum term shall be 5 years and the maximum term shall be 39 years.

  • Date of Commencement of Risk means the date specified in the Schedule (unless the Policyholder is informed otherwise by the Company) from which the risk cover of the Life Assured commences under the Policy.

  • Date of Commencement means the date designated in the Notice to Proceed for Contractor to commence the Work.

  • Date of commencement of the project means the date of the agreement.

  • the commencement date means the date on which the Contract shall take effect, as notified by the Authority to the Contractor in a letter awarding the Contract.

  • Lease Commencement Date means the Closing Date.
