Date of Final Interconnection Approval means, with respect to a Designated System, the date recorded in Schedule B to the Product Order that is applicable to such Designated System as determined by the IPA as the date such Designated System received its approval to interconnect by the applicable electric utility approving the interconnection request.

  • Optional Interconnection Study means a sensitivity analysis of an Interconnection Request based on assumptions specified by the Interconnection Customer in the Optional Interconnection Study Agreement.

  • Interconnection Activation Date means the date that the construction of the joint facility Interconnection arrangement has been completed, trunk groups have been established, joint trunk testing is completed and trunks have been mutually accepted by the Parties.

  • Optional Interconnection Study Agreement means the form of agreement for preparation of an Optional Interconnection Study, as set forth in Tariff, Attachment N-3.
