This Contract is for the sale and purchase of the Real Estate in its “As Is” condition as of the Date of Offer.
On and from the Date of Offer of Possession (whether or not the Allottee(s) has/have taken possession of the Unit or not), the Allottee(s) shall be continuously bound and liable to bear and pay in respect of the Unit, his/her/their/its share of the outgoings, maintenance charges.
In such cases that the unit/s are sold after the Date of Offer of Possession, the CAM charges on the Unit shall commence from the date of which the last installment of the consideration amount (excluding society, maintenance and equivalent charges) is payable as per the agreed terms of allotment plus 15 (fifteen) days.
