Accumulation Period Amount means $41,666,666.67; provided, however, if the Accumulation Period Length is determined to be less than twelve (12) months pursuant to Section 3.10(b)(ii) of the Indenture Supplement, the Accumulation Period Amount shall be the amount specified in the definition of “Accumulation Period Amount” in the Indenture Supplement.
Child day center means a child day program offered to (i) two or more children under the age of 13 in a facility that is not the residence of the provider or of any of the children in care or (ii) 13 or more children at any location.
Remediation Period has the meaning specified in Section 8.2(a);
Day/Days means calendar days, inclusive of Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

Delinquency Percentage means, for any Payment Date and the related Collection Period, an amount equal to the ratio (expressed as a percentage) of (i) the aggregate Principal Balance of all 60-Day Delinquent Receivables as of the last day of such Collection Period to (ii) the Pool Balance as of the last day of such Collection Period.
Quarterly (1/Quarter) sampling frequency means the sampling shall be done in the months of March, June, August, and December, unless specifically identified otherwise in the Effluent Limitations and Monitoring Requirements table.

Sixty-Day Delinquency Rate With respect to any Distribution Date on or after the Stepdown Date, a fraction, expressed as a percentage, the numerator of which is the aggregate Stated Principal Balance for such Distribution Date of all Mortgage Loans 60 or more days delinquent as of the close of business on the last day of the calendar month preceding such Distribution Date (including Mortgage Loans in foreclosure, bankruptcy and REO Properties) and the denominator of which is the aggregate Stated Principal Balance for such Distribution Date of all Mortgage Loans.
Contested case hearing means a proceeding before the Authority under the Administrative Procedures Act when any of the following contests an adverse determination, action, or as it relates to an MCE enrollee, an adverse benefit determination:
Pricing Rate Determination Date means with respect to any Pricing Rate Period with respect to any Transaction, the second (2nd) Business Day preceding the first day of such Pricing Rate Period.
Sixty-Plus Delinquency Percentage With respect to any Distribution Date and the Mortgage Loans, the arithmetic average, for each of the three Distribution Dates ending with such Distribution Date, of the fraction, expressed as a percentage, equal to (x) the aggregate Stated Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loans that are 60 or more days delinquent in payment of principal and interest for that Distribution Date, including Mortgage Loans in foreclosure and REO, over (y) the aggregate Stated Principal Balance of all of the Mortgage Loans immediately preceding that Distribution Date.
First Day of the Knock-out Period means the First Day of the Knock-out Period as specified in § 1 of the Product and Underlying Data.

Working Day means a day (other than a Saturday or Sunday) on which banks are open for general business in the City of London.
Remediation means any response, remedial, removal, or corrective action, any activity to cleanup, detoxify, decontaminate, contain or otherwise remediate any Hazardous Materials, Regulated Substances or USTs, any actions to prevent, cure or mitigate any Release, any action to comply with any Environmental Laws or with any permits issued pursuant thereto, any inspection, investigation, study, monitoring, assessment, audit, sampling and testing, laboratory or other analysis, or any evaluation relating to any Hazardous Materials, Regulated Substances or USTs.
Targeted case management means services that assist a beneficiary to access needed 2 medical, educational, social, prevocational, vocational, rehabilitative, or other community services. The 3 service activities may include, but are not limited to, communication, coordination and referral;
assessment period means such period as is prescribed in sections 19 to 21 over which income falls to be calculated;
Semi-annual (2/Year) sampling frequency means the sampling shall be done during the months of June and December, unless specifically identified otherwise.
