A "Day in session" means a scheduled day of instruction during which students are under the guidance and direction of teachers (OAR 581-023-0006(1)(f)) Session day requirements described in the cumulative ADM manual are unchanged; session days may not be claimed for weekends or holidays or any other day during which a licensed or registered teacher is not available to students.
