DB Account definition

DB Account means the account established in accordance with paragraph 5.04(b) of Part 1.
DB Account shall have the meaning provided in Section 5.03(d)(iii).
DB Account means each DB Netherlands Account and each DB U.S. Account.

  • Without notice to or assent by any Assignor, the Collateral Agent may apply any or all amounts then in, or thereafter deposited in, the DB Account in the manner provided in Section 7.4 of this Agreement.

DB Account means each DB Canadian Account and each DB U.S. Account.

Dividend shall have the meaning given to such term in Section 8.6.
DB Account means each DB Netherlands Account and each DB U.S. Account. “DB Netherlands Account” shall have the meaning provided in Section 5.03(e). “DB U.S. Account” shall have the meaning provided in Section 5.03(d).
DB Account shall have the meaning provided in Section 3.9.
DB Account shall have the meaning provided in the U.S. Security Agreement.
