DBP Act definition

DBP Act means the Dampier to Bunbury Pipeline Act 1997 (WA).
DBP Act means the Xxxxxxx to Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxxx Xxx 0000 (WA).
DBP Act means the Dampier to Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxxx Xxx 0000 (WA).

  • The preceding exclusion does not apply to expansion within the extended corridor as contemplated by the expansion project of the easement for the corridor under the DBP Act which was occurring at or about 27 October 2004.

  • During the period 2015 to 2018, Icon constructed the Building and during this period engaged in 'construction work' within the meaning of that term as defined in s 36(1) of the DBP Act.
