DCSA Approval definition

DCSA Approval means (a) receipt by the parties of written acknowledgement (including by email) from DCSA that it has accepted a foreign ownership, control or influence mitigation plan (“FOCI Mitigation Plan”) proposed by Purchaser or (b) the entry into a written commitment notice or commitment letter executed by the parties and acknowledged by DCSA to mitigate the foreign ownership, control or influence over the Business or the Acquired Companies arising as a result of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement.
DCSA Approval means entry by DCSA into a commitment letter with the relevant Parties to mitigate FOCI arising out of the Contemplated Transactions.
DCSA Approval means written acknowledgment by DCSA that it has accepted the proposed plans and arrangements set forth in the FOCI Mitigation Plan described in Section 7.6(g).
