USE OF COUNTY VEHICLES: No County, State, District, or other official or employee, who has access to, uses, or is assigned any County vehicle, shall use same for any personal use or purpose except for the following: • Commuting to and from work when required to do so for legitimate county business reasons by the responsible elected official; or, • "De minimis" personal use (such as a stop for lunch between business stops).
