DEA Provider definition

DEA Provider means a Member providing Direct Electronic Access; "Default Notice" means a notice issued by the Exchange under Rule D.4.1; "Default Proceedings" means proceedings taken by the Exchange under Section D;
DEA Provider means a Member (or other person) providing Direct Electronic Access; “the Directors” the directors of the Exchange;
DEA Provider means a Member who in accordance with the Rules is authorised to provide DEA to underlying DEA Users.

  • Data Provider means a Participant that is registered to provide information to GS1 South Africa for use through the Verified by GS1 Services.

  • LOCKHEED XXXXXX Procurement Representative means a person authorized by LOCKHEED XXXXXX'x cognizant procurement organization to administer and/or execute this Contract.

Your benefit plan does not require you to have a PCP or to have a PCP authorize specialist referrals.

  • Participating Provider means an Administrator Hospital or Professional Provider which has a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to participants in the Participating Provider Option program or an Administrator facility which has been designated by the Claim Administrator as a Participating Provider.

  • Technology provider means a person who:

  • Non-Participating Hospice Care Program Provider means a Hospice Care Program Provider that either: (i) does not have a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield to provide services to participants in this benefits program, or; (ii) a Hospice Care Program Provider which has not been designated by a Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan as a Participating Provider Option program.

  • Contract Provider means any Person or any employee, agent or subcontractor of such Person who provides professional health care services under or pursuant to any contract with any Consolidated Party.

  • Account Information Service Provider means a payment service provider pursuing business activities as referred to in point (8) of Annex I;
