Deadheading definition

Deadheading means time spent by a Flight Attendant, at Company request, in air or surface travel between two (2) points for the purpose of protecting a sequence or returning to her/his crew base, or otherwise positioning a Flight Attendant for Company business.

Deadheading means the transport by air or surface vehicle of a Flight Attendant from one point to another pursuant to Company orders for the purpose of performing any duty under this Agreement after arrival at the destination point or for the purpose of returning after having performed such duty.
