Examples of Debentureholder in a sentence
Any notice, election, request or demand by the Company or any Debentureholder to or upon the Trustee shall be deemed to have been sufficiently given or made, for all purposes, if given or made in writing at the Corporate Trust Office of the Trustee.
Failure to mail a notice or communication to a Debentureholder or any defect in it shall not affect its sufficiency with respect to other Debentureholders.
Nothing contained herein shall be deemed to authorize the Trustee to authorize or consent to or accept or adopt on behalf of any Debentureholder any plan of reorganization, arrangement, adjustment or composition affecting the Debentures or the rights of any holder thereof or to authorize the Trustee to vote in respect of the claim of any Debentureholder in any such proceeding.
A Debentureholder may be present and vote at any meeting of Debentureholders by an authorized representative.
For the protection and enforcement of the provisions of this Section 7.4, each and every Debentureholder and the Trustee shall be entitled to such relief as can be given either at law or in equity.
