Debt Realignment Plan definition

Debt Realignment Plan means the debt realignment plan described under the caption "Debt and Cash Realignment--Debt Realignment" and "Unaudited Pro Forma Financial Information--Unaudited Pro Forma Combined Financial Statements of El Paso and Tenneco Energy" in the Joint Proxy Statement.
